Ruishu spent the last 10+years in both the Energy and Manufacturing industry executing Canadian and International projects of various sizes integrating technology and software solutions to create better outcomes for Internal and external stakeholders.

Detailed Bio

Ruishu designed her own toys and watched her father take apart TV’s which led her to pursue both Electrical Engineering and Computer Programming. She spent the last 10+ years in both the Energy and Manufacturing industries executing Canadian and International projects of various sizes integrating technology and software solutions to create better outcomes for Internal and external stakeholders. She was excited at the possibility of integrating her background in Electrical Engineering and digital processes which will count in the future of a smart and green environment. She was excited to upskill by being selected for the competitive Edge Up https://edgeupyyc.com program and receive a Certificate in Software/Full Stack Development from Bow Valley College (https://bowvalleycollege.ca). Part of this process was to participate in a Capstone project by Riipen (https://www.riipen.com) which honed her aptitude for both front and back-end development processes. She believes AI-powered NLP systems and the growth of IoT are the future trend in web space development because of the efficiencies they provide.

She is eager to offer her expertise to Calgary’s growing digital economy in utilizing multiple coding languages (C#,HTML,CCS,Javacript, Node.JS), development frameworks, third-party libraries and databases (SQL Server, SSMS. In her spare time she likes to listen to music, hike, and read.
